1.  How do I measure for my filter?

Answer:  The first thing to do is locate your air return.	Take out your existing filter and it looks like this.
Next measure the inside of your filter frame and write down the measurements.	Your filter is going to look like and fit like this:

2. When do I change my filters?
Answer:  Every month.  We tell all of our customers, "When you get you electricity bill check your filter, because this way is the easiest to remember."  The worst thing you can do is have any filter clogged in your air return.  Having a clogged filter in your air return will cause the following:  Restricted air circulation in your home, air conditioning works harder to suck the air through a clogged filter, and could eventually aid in destroying your air conditioning.

3.  How do I change my filter?
Answer:  Take your filter out of the air return.  Throw away your "old" filter, and get a "new" filter.  Place the "new" filter on top of your aluminum frame.  The easiest way to tuck your "new" filter in it's aluminum frame is to perform the following steps:
A.  First tuck in two corners and tuck in the top of the filter.
B.  Then twist your wrists with your fingers pointed up and tuck in the left and right portions of the filter.
C.  Then tuck in the last two corners and tuck in the top of the filter.
D.  You should be finished, so put the filter and frame back in your air return.
F.  Do not forget to check it every month when you get your electricity bill. 

4.   Is my credit card information safe?
Answer:  Yes!  This information is very much safe.  We use PayPal because they have proven
